La Voie Royale 2010

 

   

 Medical Certificate

Law n° 99-223 on protecting the health of sportsmen and on preventing the consumption of illicit drugs was passed by the French National Assembly on march 23, 1999.
Under the provisions of this new law, all French or non-French runners are required to produce proof of their fitness to participate in running competitions. Such proof must be in the form of a medical certificate issued by a doctor following a medical examination.

 

1 : You are a runner who holds a licence issued by the French Athletics Federation (FFA) or by another kind of federation.
• You must mandatory write your licence number in the entry form for the La Voie Royale - Saint Denis Half-Marathon and join the copy of your licence (period 2009/2010)
• If you have forgotten to do so, you must show your licence when you collect your bib on Saturday October, 17th from 02:00 a.m. to 06: 00 p.m. and also Sunday October 17th from 09: 00am until 45 minutes before the race start.

2 : You are a runner who is not a holder of a licence.
• You must be in possession of a medical certificate issued less than 12 months prior to the La Voie Royale - Saint Denis Half-Marathon, i.e. October 17th, 2010, testifying that you are fit to participate in running and road races in competition.
• The original certificate or a copy must be given to the organizers attached to your entry form and payment when you register for the La Voie Royale - Saint Denis Half-Marathon or 10Km

 

In case that the organisers liability is involved, your entry form will not be accepted if you cannot prove the existence of a medical certificate by showing it directly or by showing your F.F.A. licence.
